Nobody reads this thingy anyway but it is a reminder for myself to keep up with my art. I had the opportunity to contribute some of my stuff to an art show at my friend Wes' house last weekend. I brought 4 pieces and people loved them! (woo) I brought Theavenly, The Devil Makes, and my two matted pen drawings.
But wowww, seeing some of what people are creating is so thrilling and definitely inspires you! I'm suddenly very interested in painting again, if only I didn't have two papers due this Thursday that I haven't even started....I guess I just need to start working on the weekends, my best friend wants me to paint him something and I want to look into incorporating my afro girls into paintings I tried it back in March or so but that didn't really work out. I've been so busy this year it's really wearing me down....
Oh well, I'm going to try and do some Christmas presents this year by painting since I don't have ANY money right now....at least money I should be spending ; I went job hunting all last week and applied to so many places. Hopefully someone will pick me up out of this funk!
